It’s a really simple software that enables our team to arrange group meetings/events by finding the perfect day and time that suits all. I like how you can have multiple options and it’s easy to navigate.

Pretty colors and design, good concepts/ideas. There are a lot of things to like about WL conceptually. You can book clients into classes ongoing, you can link family members and have a single payment method. They offer events, discounts, gift cards, SMS communication (new) and so much more. But – read the rest of my review please.

8. Acuity
Although it doesn’t specialize in gyms, Acuity is a very good alternative if you want a booking app that focuses on the service sector and is easy to use for organizers and attendees alike.
Top features
- Automatic reminders and confirmations
- Customized forms
- Online payments and deposits
Pricing
Acuity has three subscription tiers for all its users. While you can pay for each one on a monthly basis, paying annually will give you a 20% discount on the total price.
Although it is the most expensive, the third subscription is the best of all, as it includes all the features of the platform, including:
- Custom API and CSS for developers.
- Smart time zones
- SMS reminders for everyone
- Online payments with Square, Stripe and PayPal
- Unlimited meetings
Acuity Scheduling was an excellent great start and affordable option for online scheduling, billing collections, and basic SOAP notes. It was user-friendly and easy to setup. It also allowed for multiple users that could be set up as administrators or clinicians. I ultimately had to leave the platform for a more advanced EMR system; however, I definitely recommend them as a great place to start or if your needs are more simple.

- Cancellation and no-show management.
- Email and mail reminders
- Browser extension
- Unlimited meeting event types
- Group booking links
We decided to use Chili Piper to route leads from our demo form to our US and ROW teams. It’s working well so far. It integrates with Salesforce and Slack. We have a channel setup, so the team can see all the booked meetings.
