Sometimes, yoga instructors have trouble scheduling sessions with their students.
If this happens to you, appointment scheduling apps are the best solution.
Now, do you know which app you should use? If the answer is no, we’re going to give you a list of the best options on the market, and we’ll start with the best of them, Cronos, a simple-to-use app that you’ll change your business and life.
1. Cronos
Cronos is the most used appointment scheduling app among Yoga instructors. It helps you schedule appointments faster and offer a more modern and convenient booking experience for all your students. Here’s how it works!
You just need to sign up on Cronos to start creating events with their respective title, description, approximate duration and your time availability. This way, you’ll create a booking form ready to share with your clients through a customized link.
Don’t waste time scheduling meetings anymore. Use Cronos
Meet Cronos
All your clients with the link will schedule meetings with you when you are available, and you’ll receive an automatic notification when they do and a new event in your Google Calendar thanks to its sync with Cronos.
You’ll also receive a Google Meet link to schedule appointments!
Top features
- Unlimited meetings
- Unlimited event types
- Email reminders
Pricing
You can use Cronos at no cost and enjoy various features of the tool such as creating unlimited events and appointments, adjusting your time availability, integrations with other services and more.
Furthermore, with an additional payment of $6.99 per month or $60 per year, you can automate email reminders to prevent your attendees from missing their appointments.
2. Koalendar
Koalendar is another appointment scheduling app that may interest you. It’s intended more for casual use, freelancers and small work teams, not so much for companies.
Top features
- Meeting notifications
- Integration with Google Meet
- Add questions in the appointment form
Pricing
Koalendar only has two subscription plans. Beyond the first, the tool unlocks its full capabilities with the paid plan, which is priced at $9.99 monthly or $83.88 at annual cost. This subscription includes:
- Customized reminders.
- Redirects after booking
- Receive payments
- Time zone detection
- Adjust the duration of meetings
This product is one that I have used since the very early stages of my business, allowing me to schedule client calls with little of my own effort. It replaces the back and forth that often occurs when scheduling over email with an easy-to-use booking page that presents clients with all of my available times well into the future, allowing them to book the times that best suit them.
Cushi M., Coach.
3. Doodle
If you want a simple and casual experience, Doodle is a good choice. The app started as a service to schedule appointments between acquaintances, and later integrated interesting features for professional use.
Top features
- Group surveys to define meetings
- Unlimited 1:1 meetings
- Admin Console
Pricing
Doodle has four subscription tiers. The first one is completely free, while the next two have fixed prices that you can pay in monthly payments or in annuities with a 55% discount.
Doodle’s third plan is one of the most widely used as it offers unlimited appointments and events for users, as well as:
- Booking by representation
- Administrator console
- Role and permissions management
- Activity reports
Per month, the price per user is $19.95, but you can pay for the whole year in advance and pay $107.4.
It’s a really simple software that enables our team to arrange group meetings/events by finding the perfect day and time that suits all. I like how you can have multiple options and it’s easy to navigate.
Ashleigh H., Research assistant.
4. Acuity
Acuity is an appointment scheduling app dedicated to the use of customer service franchises and freelancers. With Acuity, they schedule appointments faster and offer a more sophisticated experience for their audience.
Top features
- Online payments and deposits
- Customized forms
- Automatic reminders and confirmations
Pricing
Although Acuity doesn’t have free subscriptions, for each of its three service plans it offers a 7-day trial period.
With the first subscription tier, you get access to integrations with Stripe, PayPal, and Square. You can also make video calls with Zoom, Meet, and GoToMeeting, and automatically detect the time zone of your guests to avoid confusion.
This plan has a monthly price of $20, and if you decide to pay annually, the cost is 192%.
Acuity Scheduling was an excellent great start and affordable option for online scheduling, billing collections, and basic SOAP notes. It was user-friendly and easy to setup. It also allowed for multiple users that could be set up as administrators or clinicians. I ultimately had to leave the platform for a more advanced EMR system; however, I definitely recommend them as a great place to start or if your needs are more simple.
Dr. Jeanette, Self-employed doctor.
5. YouCanBookMe

Meet Cronos
However, the real power of YCBM is unlocked with the second plan, as it allows you to customize your booking page much more, approve meetings manually, book groups and more. This plan can be paid for in three ways:
- Monthly payments: $12 per calendar
- Yearly payments: $129.6 per calendar
- One payment for two years: $230 per calendar
I’ve been using it for almost a year now, and I have no doubt that I’ll renew it one more year. It has helped me a lot by automating bookings and emails related to these bookings.

6. OnceHub
Another service focused on customization is OnceHub, an appointment scheduling app that relies on no-code tools to design the customer journey when they book meetings with you.
Top features

OnceHub has 5 subscription tiers. The first is completely free and includes basic features such as calendar integrations and video calling services. You’ll also be able to create up to 1 booking link, and send standard email reminders.
OnceHub’s first paid plan expands the scope of the service with additional features such as customizable email reminders, 24/7 chat and email support, and unlimited event types. This plan is priced at $12 per month, but you can pay $120 for the whole year.
Overall, we absolutely love this platform. The pricing is very competitive, the platform works flawlessly, and it’s perfect for all of our needs.
Amanda V., Administrator.
7. Tidycal
Tidycal is a particular service among appointment scheduling apps. This isn’t due to its features, which are not very advanced compared to similar services, but to its pricing system.
Top features
- Link and user interface customization
- Integrations with other services
- Email reminders
Pricing
Unlike most tools, Tidycal offers a lifetime subscription and is priced at only $29. With a one-time payment, you’ll have access to features such as:
- Group bookings
- Integrations
- Guest redirections
- Connect up to 10 calendars to your account
With a lot of the same features that you likely are accustomed to in other bigger named schedulers, you won’t miss out at this price point. The software was a bit buggy and didn’t have many features a few years ago. Now, I am glad we got it at the LTD.
Wendell J., SEO specialist.
8. Savvycal
Savvycal is an appointment scheduling service with novel features among its competitors and what makes it stand out among small workgroups and freelancers.
Top features
- Calendar overlapping
- Show your preferred availability
- Limit reservations by day or week
Pricing
Savvycal has three subscription tiers for all users, but if you want everything the app can give you, we recommend its third service plan.
It costs $20 per user or $200 if you pay annually. This plan allows you to remove the Savvycal branding on your booking page, use Stripe to receive payments, and delegate access to your account to your assistant.
You’ll set up group surveys to define a meeting time.
Use Cronos and optimize your time. Reach your goals faster
Meet Cronos
I don’t have a bad word to say about SavvyCal. From the clean and intuitive (seriously) UI to the support, it’s a pleasure to use and to get support.
H. Daniel, IT manager.
9. WellnessLiving
Finally, we have WellnessLiving, a platform dedicated to wellness services and projects. As a yoga instructor, you can benefit a lot from this tool and modernize your business.
Top features
- Customer management
- Payment processing

- Gift vouchers
- Email notifications
- 24/7 customer support
You can also send SMS reminders, but you have a monthly limit of 500.
Pretty colors and design, good concepts/ideas. There are a lot of things to like about WL conceptually. You can book clients into classes ongoing, you can link family members and have a single payment method. They offer events, discounts, gift cards, SMS communication (new) and so much more. But – read the rest of my review please.
Renee, Health & Wellness.
